With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Hanifah Brown brings her unwavering drive, authenticity and optimistic spirit to commercial real estate. Specializing in the diverse Scottsdale,  Phoenix , Chandler and Gilbert markets as a Real Estate Consultant for the last 9 years; she brings extensive local knowledge to her work in the industry. Highly motivated and dedicated to serving her clients, Hanifah understands the nature of procuring a great deal and has fine tuned the art of negotiation. Prior to launching her career as a Real Estate Consultant in 2014, Hanifah spent seven years working in mortgage funding, processing and underwriting; and finally settling her mortgage experience as an Underwriting Quality Analyst. Thus gaining applicable experience and market knowledge she now puts to work for her real estate clientele. Fluent in English and Spanish, Hanifah holds an educational background in Transformational Psychology with a specialty in mental health via Subconscious Intervention. When not sourcing real estate projects, she can be found hiking, exercising and furthering her studies in holistic health, wellness and integrative medicine.
