Mortgage finance
Funding. Processing. Underwriting quality analysis. I learned how money actually moves, and what it costs when the file is sloppy.
Licensed in Arizona and Florida
I’m a commercial real estate advisor in Arizona and South Florida.
I still read a deal the way I learned to read a loan.
The work
I advise investors, developers, and owner-operators. The building and the capital are the same conversation.
We talk site selection. First-generation space versus second-generation — what you walk into, and what it costs to make it yours. Healthcare real estate. Phoenix industrial. How a purchase gets paid for when the usual loan is not the loan, including SBA and other alternative paths.
I came up in funding, processing, and underwriting quality analysis. That lens never left.
Representation matters. Not as a slogan. As the person in the room who will tell you when the space is wrong.
The path
Boston → Scottsdale

2014
I got my real estate license. The work moved closer to the people who have to live with the paper.
Now
A degree in Transformational Psychology is not a detour. A deal is a person under pressure. I do this work in English and in Spanish — same standard, same patience. I show up in the rooms where the next introduction happens. ICSC in Las Vegas is one of them.
How I work
I do not believe in “the transaction.”
I focus on the relationship. Seeing you win is the point — not the clock, not the trophy photo.
New opportunities come from people who already know how I work. If we work together, you get someone who will say wait. And someone who is still here after the keys change hands.
A note
I read my own mail.
